Experience Prior to founding Moeller & Partner AG, Lars Moeller was with leading consulting companies such as PricewaterhouseCoopers (PWCC), IBM Global Services and Accenture for almost ten years, serving clients in the Financial Industry, Technology and Utility. He is an expert in Financial Management Services and led national and international assignments with a focus on Business Strategy, Enterprise Performance Management, Organization and
Operational Excellence. Later, Mr. Moeller successfully developed and managed an Equity Joint Venture in the utility industry and was Managing Director of an international technology service provider.

Education Mr. Moeller graduated in Electrical Engineering, followed by an Executive MBA in Entrepreneurial Management and a specialization in Finance and Controlling at the University of St. Gallen. At UCLA’s Anderson School of Management he received his Executive Diploma in Business Development and Strategy.

DR. MATTHIAS PETZOLD

PHD IN BUSINESS ADMINISTRATION

Experience Prior to joining Moeller & Partner AG, Dr. Matthias Petzold led national and international assignments in the areas of Strategy, Marketing and Sales for both Simon Kucher & Partner as well as Accenture. Matthias Petzold started his career at Dr. Ing. h.c. F. Porsche AG, where he signed responsible for Marketing Conception and International Price Positioning and later for the Marketing Division at Alfa Romeo Germany. Dr. Petzold lectured at the International School of Management (ISM) and extracurricular activities at selected events on the subjects of Marketing, Sales and Strategy.

Education Mr. Petzold graduated in Business Administration and received his PhD at the
Institute of Marketing from the University of Mannheim led by Prof. Dr. Hans Bauer and Prof. Dr. Dr. h.c. Christian Homburg.

ASSESSMENT

The candidate's behavior with regards to working habits and mindset is scrutinized and allow a successful integration into the corporate culture and the new position. All of our interviews are well-structured discussions with a focus on the professional qualifications and the candidates' social skills. The answers to questions like "How exactly did you handle a previous specific challenging situation?" reveal more about the applicant's personality than professional or technical skills. To get a deeper understanding of their personality, we additional request a self-assessment questionnaire and compare this input with our own evaluation. The individual assessment of the candidate's personal skills and professional qualifications finalizes each job application we present to our clients.
